Agricultural produce offered on the Platform is perishable in nature and is sourced from independent Farmer-Vendors.
Due to the nature of fresh agricultural products, returns may not always be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to logistics and perishability constraints.
Refunds may be initiated if:
Refund requests may require verification by the Farmer-Vendor and logistics partner.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Platform fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
